Everything was good except the handling of paperwork. I had to return to sign more paperwork and then another form was missed and had to be mailed back. Need to be more organized with paperwork.

Would have been a better experience if I was notified how long the factory recall was going to take. Brought the vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation they mentioned a recall they had to address. So two and half hours later I asked what is taking so long. Here the recall was something with the paint on child restraint which had to be taken off and repainted and let dry. So anyway that visit was all free and my next visit all free also. So some compensation was applied. Thank You

The staff at Newberg Chevrolet were professional and courteous. I wanted a specific vehicle configuration that required an order be placed. Unfortunately GM would not build that configuration at the time. We waited until the '24 models were out, and GM fulfilled the order then. The Newberg staff was updating me every week on order status. Thank you ALL for your help.
