Routine oil change completed in timely manner while I waited. No complaint there. After leaving my check engine light was on. After a couple of hours still on, so had to drive back to have it checked. My air filter apparently was not hooked back up after service. That was inconvenient and frustrating.

I dropped off my vehicle a little early and asked if the repair could be done by 4 but was told it would be difficult due to all the steps in the process including diagnostic...however I was updated within a half hour that the problem was found and 5min before 4pm I was called saying the repairs were complete...Thank you Newberg Chevy

I have used this dealership to purchase my last 3 new vehicles and have all of my service work performed there....25 years or so.....I am a good repeat customer and I believe in service after the sale....That is why I purchased my vehicles there and why I have them serviced there as well...

Seems like new staff and department is running better. Was surprised you are no longer washing vehicles as part of the service, that used to be a thing. Maybe it is not anymore? either way you guys are great.

I have had my Corvette serviced for years at the dealership. I scheduled an oil change online where it identified my car and asked it I wanted an oil change for $99. I requested the service. I even took a “screen shot” of the offer. Upon arriving I was told the service was $199, not $99. I argued but did the service as I was at the dealership. I believe this is unethical and “bait and switch” tactic. It ended up I was charged $169 but still not the advertised price. Show the actual pricing on your website! If you’re unethical in pricing an oil change, how can I buy a car or other services here?
