Had a paint issue, dealer told me thy sent pictures to GM for approval of service. Never heard back from them. Called in and was told a couple more days, after weeks called back and was blown off and told to call GM direct.

I came in for an oil change and it was done quickly and efficiently. As I was waiting, I saw my salesman, Robert Fritscher. I bought my Chevy Cruz at this dealer in 2016, and Robert has been a friend ever since then. At one point I was in a total frantic, because my car said it did not detect the remote! I had no idea how to get it started, since the remote was in my hand, and clearly there! , It was late and I called Robert. I’m not even sure if he was at work. He told me what to do and my car started right up! Great service! Truly caring!

I bought my truck almost 3 weeks ago. I had to leave out of town for business for a week. When I got back I went to drive it and the battery was dead. So i jumped it and drove it to get it charged up. Took my wife out to lunch and got back in and it barely started. I then took it to my mechanic to see if the battery was dead or some type of malfunction. It was in the red on his computer or whatever he used. I called the dealership and your service guys says there was nothing they could do. I proceeded to ask him if before they sold it to me or anybody else if they checked it. He told me that maybe they forgot. To no avail, I did need to come in anyways to get the new fob programmed. I asked your service guy the same question. All he said was he was sorry and knocked off $75.00 of of my programming charge. Needless to say that doesn't cover the $250.00 battery I had to buy. After all this, I will not recommend Newberg Chevrolet to anyone and will not buy another vehicle from there. This stems from Loren Berg Chevrolet too.

The oil change was done well! No complaints there, the price has closely doubled since my last oil change. You can see it better than i. I also received a Certified Service Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection - this was gone over briefly after my oil service was completed. I later noticed there is a check in the red for additional checks in the Engine Transmission drive axle, transfer case, no explanation as to what this means - thought this may be an issue? Also in the tire section there is a 4 & a 5, not sure what that means. If there can be an interpretation/explanation on either of these, I would appreciate it. * I have a copy of the inspection if you like, let me know where to send it so it can be explained? Thank you,

I bought my car here in 2****17.. And well long time customers should get a discount of some sort.. My oil change alone went up over $2****.********. Might be cheaper to stay local then instead of travel to Newberg.

I just have to say the service writer Garrett went above and beyond what he needed to do. I did not have an appointment. I got there at 8:30 AM and he had me out of there by 9:30 unbelievably the best service I’ve ever had.
